As the Graphic Designer for Tyrell Jewelry, you will create powerful and inspiring visuals, videos, and concepts for our audience of jewelry. You’ll help develop concepts from a creative brief, taking ideas from inception to completion.
With a passion for visual materials, you’ll aim to guide users through a seamless brand journey across all touchpoints. Your focus will be on understanding and amplifying the brand’s voice while assisting in planning, developing, and delivering integrated online and offline design and marketing efforts. You should be a highly motivated individual with an interest in fashion and photography, eager to join a fast-growing e-commerce business. Responsibilities
– Collaborate with the Marketing team to create and develop global campaigns, including concept, graphic design, packaging, and other eye-catching visuals such as website assets, digital newsletters, banners, social media posts, and promotional materials.
– Manage weekly design submissions for new launches and promotional campaigns across the website and provide relevant design assets to support sales and conversion.
– Ensure high-quality, consistent, and beautiful graphics/design collaterals that align with brand and color guidelines and can seamlessly transition across all digital mediums.
– Work with the design and marketing teams to understand collection launch timelines and asset requirements, taking responsibility for the commercial digital images and videos needed for new collections.
– Conceptualize, design, and oversee the production of store-specific visuals such as shelf talkers and lightbox visuals, ensuring cohesive and impactful presentations across all retail locations.
– Ideate and produce daily product shoots, product videos, social content, and other visual projects aligned with the brand direction, starting from trend research and mood boards to completion.
– Ensure all images and assets adhere to brand guidelines and are accurately filed and archived within the brand’s cloud system for easy access by other team members.
– Crop and process images, maintain file size specifications, and retouch photos as needed to ensure consistent quality across images and videos.
– Maintain and care for all studio equipment, props, and supplies.
– Organize and archive all design assets neatly.
– Work well within a team, adapting under pressure, and assist with relevant marketing/design ad hoc duties.
Minimum Qualifications
– 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design or multimedia role.
– Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in the retail or e-commerce sector.
– Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign, Illustrator).
– Additional skills in video editing, motion graphics, and 3D animation are a plus.
– Acute sense of graphic design elements, such as color, layout, composition, and typography.
– Strong digital and social media skills, with familiarity in digital publishing and software.
– Knowledge of visual ideation, visual merchandising, photography, branding, and digital design.
– Exceptional eye for design and detail, translating that efficiently and effectively to quality print and digital layouts.
– Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative concepts and requirements.
