Postage Fees & Delivery Time Estimates:

• RM12 for Peninsular Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days
• RM12 for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5 – 7 working days

Shipping costs are determined based on the size and weight of the items, the total number of items in your order, and the delivery destination.

Important Delivery Details

• Once your order is in processing, we cannot make any adjustments to the address unless under special circumstances.

Delivery Times and Procedures

After your order is prepared, we will notify you via email or message one day prior to delivery to confirm the delivery time. A signature and presentation of your Identity Card (IC) will be required upon delivery. If you are not available when the carrier arrives, they will contact you to arrange a new delivery time. Deliveries typically occur Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm (excluding Public Holidays). Delivery may be postponed due to adverse weather conditions, and we will contact you promptly to reschedule.

Order Processing and Shiping

• We may need to verify additional details with your card issuer before shipping your order. The delivery time begins once your order starts processing and includes a 36 – 48 hour period for packing and shipping from our warehouse.
