Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day return period, which allows you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales.tyrelljewelry.com.my. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the situation and resolve the issue accordingly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal items. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Please note, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete and post the refund.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@tyrelljewelry.com.my or reach us at WhatsApp: +6012 915 6419.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1-1-16 (Ground Floor), Summerskye Square, Jalan Sungai Tiram 8, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
